Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Most orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Shipping is done from the nearest warehouse depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times may be delayed due to shipping issues, holidays, or COVID-19 measures.
Q: Has my order already been shipped?
A: Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 4 business days, sometimes even faster. You will receive an email once your order is on its way. Please also check your spam/junk folder. If you cannot find the shipping confirmation or accidentally deleted it, please contact us at getsupport@glofa.com – we’ll be happy to help.
Q: My item arrived damaged or defective. What can I do?
A: We are very sorry! Please send us photos of the damaged item to:
dotojlflatencs2@hotmail.com. Once we receive them, we’ll take care of a solution immediately. Important: Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. We do not take responsibility for damage to the packaging itself – that lies with the shipping carrier.
Q: I ordered multiple items but only received one. Why?
A: If you ordered several products, they may be shipped from different warehouses. In that case, you will receive the items in separate shipments. Don’t worry – the remaining products will arrive shortly!
Q: I want to cancel or change my order. How can I do that?
A: We do our best to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. If you’d like to make changes (e.g., size, color, or shipping address), please contact us as quickly as possible. Once the order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible – but of course, a return is always an option.
Q: Can I return an item or get a refund?
A: Yes! We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. After 60 days, returns or refunds are unfortunately no longer possible. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition with packaging and accessories.
Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We offer free worldwide shipping – to all countries.
Q: Is there a guarantee?
A: Yes, of course! All orders are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Just send us an email, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
