Shipping Policy
GLOFA collaborates with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, which work with local couriers to provide direct delivery to your doorstep. We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate.
Payment and Verification: You will be charged at the time you place your order, and all payments are subject to verification and approval for shipping. This process may take several days. Orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may experience delays and/or cancellations to prevent credit card fraud.
Shipping Process: On average, it takes 2-5 business days to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting center. Certain items, especially during major holidays, may take longer (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items with availability issues. Once your order has entered the processing phase of our shipping department, no further changes can be made, including address changes. We only ship to the address provided at checkout. Shipping is carried out only on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different days due to the different locations of production partners.
Tracking: All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been handed over to the carrier's sorting center. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to be updated in the system for some shipping companies. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking information is still unavailable, please contact us.

Please note: The days mentioned above are estimates in business days and do not include our processing time of 2-5 days. While we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, GLOFA cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as required postal or customs procedures, holidays, adverse weather conditions, labor disputes, protests, etc., which may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimate.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. GLOFA has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they might be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you are responsible for any import duties and return shipping costs. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:
GLOFA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report this and/or file a claim with your respective shipping company. Note: We rely on the timestamp information from the tracking link and the carrier's delivery confirmation when evaluating damage or return requests and may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.
Disclaimer for Incorrect Address:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before placing an order. We begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot recall it for an address change.
